WE ARE WAVES IN AN OCEAN OF BLISS
See the Ocean, Be the Ocean because we are the Ocean. There is no difference. Differences are in the waves, essentiality is in the mutuality of the water. To struggle to Be the Ocean is to add insignificance to what is already there Now.
The expression of the wave is another opportunity for the Ocean to express It’s
plurality and cognizance of Itself. 
It Is as natural as natural could be.
Delusion is confusion and a misperception of the wave not realizing it’s transience and Source of Self. The underlying Reality of the wave is obvious when the perception is spacious enough to see beyond the limited form. The crest and trough, the ups and downs of life, is in the nature of the wave. The stability of vastness and churning and accelerated expansion of the Universe is in the wave as well. Separation is missing the obvious unity of Ocean. Seeing past form of the wave is not to deny the wave but to underscore the connection that is yet another piece of Ocean Itself.
Perception is connecting to the Ocean first, second, and always. To connect to the wave without it Being the Ocean first, is to corrupt the Connection. Wave merging into the Ocean must be all-in to preclude being all-in as the wave. Pushing, thinking, trying, believing are never enough. Losing ‘all that’ means the un-acquired knowledge that has always been there, is now seen and utilized.
Realization of Self is never about getting anything when the Reality Is, that everything Is already there. Losing all the wave-stuff about being separate and needing to strive and struggle, is what is essential. The Fullness is always Full even when It Is empty.

Be the Ocean effortlessly and waive the notion of self good-bye. Take as much Space as you can afford in all Moments and Be constantly the fresh flowing water of Love, true comfort and completeness. The Vastness is already there inside. See that the ‘self’ (or personal identity) is more the metaphor for the Truth that is the Ocean.
