THE DOOR TO FREEDOM

Opening the ‘door’ is the essential element in the subsequent passage through the door. What key are we using for entry?

If the key is manufactured with fear and need to escape the madness, the essential of accepting “What Is”, is not present. True to motivation, the need to escape the suffering, focuses one’s energy. But that is not enough if the knock is at the wrong door.

If the key is wrought from our Divine Intelligence, entry is assured at any door. The difference is monumental. How to bridge this cavernous gulf?

Freedom is not assured from ‘doing’. Although ‘doing’ has a role. Freedom is an inside job first and last. The beginning and end are the same place. That place is ‘no place’, the nothing of everything.To suggest that the middle is somehow different, is to miss the point of alpha to omega.

Everything, to include ‘doing’, arises from ‘Being’ first. First in acknowledging the Source of whom we Are, to wit, our root identity. To keep on coming from the ‘idea’ of whom we think we are, is to follow Sisyphus up and down the mountain. Good luck with that fellow traveler.

Unless we dismiss, that is, effortlessly ‘See’ and effortlessly discard the notion that we Are nothing less than ‘Everything’ in ‘Everything’, all the time (Now), the struggle up the proverbial mountain gets steeper and more burdensome. Doing is always second to the full acknowledgement of Being as the starting point.

Freedom starts there. Freedom from what? Freedom from delusion and confusion, from the trance of over-thinking and the liabilities of missing the immediate contributions of the Moment that grace our 86400 seconds in every day.

The ‘Knowing’ is already there. But we do not ‘believe’ it because our knowing is ‘doing’ a cognitive push versus a deep perennial knowledge that is beyond millennia and limitation and overt effort. Freedom from the artificial boundaries we unwittingly imprison ourselves in, in every moment we know, is the removal of the ‘doing’ barrier to the open door, we seek.

The natural un-acquired Knowledge of our higher selves is Present in the Now. To ‘do’ the Now is to continue suffering and delusion. There is nothing to ‘do’ when ‘It’ ‘Is’ already Present. When identity shifts to “Being’ first, the ‘doing’ becomes secondary but Now is informed. The misidentification is realized as exaggerated fiction and the ‘doer’ disappears along with the closed doors. There is no ‘doer’ and there are no doors. There never was a ‘doer’. There never was a door. The key is ‘no key’.

Enjoy the Moment. Be the freedom. This is the leela of the Divine all the time. Be effortless. Love the game of uncertainty in every Moment. That is the hard-core acceptance of “What Is” right Now.
